Barra Crumbed and Chips
Fish Name (Barramundi)

How you store it

Bleeding your catch is an absolute must. Once this is done place in ice with salt water. This will keep your catch in pristine condition.

Fillet and skin your catch, then cut into good size portions. Dip the fillets in flour and egg then cover your fish with your favourite potato chips finely crushed in place of normal crumbs. Use good quality chips only.

How you cook it

Cook in medium temperature vegetable oil for about 3 minutes each side.

How you serve it

Serve with homemade chips covered with chicken salt and a ceasar salad.

How it makes your fish As Good As GOLD

You can experiment with any flavoured chips and people will want to know your secret, get them to shout you a gold before you tell them how easy it is.
