| Report: |
PD and Stretch fished at Lake Fyans for three days for ten trout, 5 Rainbow Trout and 5 Brown Trout. Fish ranged between 1 and 2 pounds. All fish were taken on mudeyes under quill floats. Rainbows were very healthy and active while browns were a little thin and sluggish. Fish were caught amongst trees in the North West corner of the lake (near the island). Fish were caught at sun-up and during the day. No fish caught in the evening. The weather was very favourable. We camped in the unpowered section of the caravan park, ate too much, drank just enough and had a great time.....we will be back very soon. |
