Time Fished: 15:00 - 17:30
Fished From: Boat
Method: Salt Water, Bait Fishing
Action Was: Fast
Report: Captain JN took me out to give me a lesson on whiting fishing (my pet hate as I'm not the greatest at it). After pumping some yabs I rigged up an old Paternoster and had a crack. We moved a few times to find the fish and when we did it was game on. We should have had 30 fish in the boat but they were running us around under the weed and such. We managed 15 between us with a couple of Angel fish, an unsersized pinkie and the usual wrass. Absolutely picture perfect conditions and not a greeny in sight! Great day on the ting, and I'm a new convert - subsequent to my wife's pleas for more fresh fish. Captain Pugwash!
