Our members objective is to ensure that you, the fishing client, have an enjoyable and pleasant fishing experience. For this reason, members adhere to a code of ethics. Many of our members operate in conjunction with some of Australia's most prominent tackle shops and tour operators, and some figure prominently in TV and print media. Several contribute regularly to some of Australia's best fishing publications.
The PFIGA has members in all forms of recreational fishing - from fly fishing for trout to casting lures for huge barramundi in the far north, drifting down a river in a raft or canoe, casting for trout or native bass, trolling lures for freshwater or saltwater species from two pounds to a thousand pounds!
