Locked Blood Knot
  
1) Pass the end of the line through the hook eye, between fingers
hold tag end and main line.
2) Rotate hook to twist line and tag together.
3) Pass end of line (tag) through opening of first twist at hook
eye.
 
4) To lock the knot pass end of line (tag) through loop formed
by step 3.
5) Tightly knot slowly and slide towards the hook eye.
