Nymph Freshwater

Hook : 14 long.
Thread : Brown 8/0.
Head : Gold Bead Head (3 - 3.5 mm).
Body : Sparsely dubbed hares mask.
Tail : Brown cock fibres.
Rib : Copper wire.

Tying Instructions
1) Thread bead onto hook, small hole first.
2) Hook in vice.
3) Add lead wire for weight (optional).
4) Tie thread on hook, wind thread base to the bend.
5) Tie in fibres as a tail (I like long slim tails).
6) Tie in copper wire at bend.
7) Apply dubbing wax to thread.
8) Add a small pinch of fur and wind.
9) Repeat dub and wind to form a scraggly tapered body.
10) Wind wire rib. Tie in and cut off excess wire.
11) Whip finish.
