Hook : Originally
Drennan Extra strong but any heavy wire pattern can be used.
Thread : Brown 6/0.
Wingcase : Pheasant.
Thorax : Grey possum fur.
Body : Lite-brite.
Tail : Pheasant.
Weight : 3 turns of lead wire. |

Tying Instructions
1) Tie in pheasant tail fibres near
bend.
2) Wrap lead in middle of shank.
3) Dub body with Lite-brite in dubbing loop.
4) Tie in more pheasant tail fibres for wingcase.
5) Dub possum thorax ( dubbing loop again ).
6) Pull wingcase over top of thorax and tie off. |

Location Notes
Carp: Cast to sighted fish, or look
for puffs of mud on the bottom and cast ahead
Trout: Cast to rising fish or blindly under a dry or indicator
if preferred,
best in 'murky' or 'not so clear' water. |
