Hook : Mustad 34007.
Thread :
Black.
Conehead : Plated silver.
Tail : Black marabou.
Body : Black/peacock ice chenille.
Hackle : Black.

Tying Instructions

1) Take hook crush barb and add on your conehead.
2) Wrap some cheap wool behind conehead push into back of conehead.
3) Lay down a bed of thread advance thread to hook bed.
4) Tie in marabou tail - optional a touch of flash.
5) Tie in hackle.
6) Tie in chenille.
7) Wrap chenille to form body.
8) Palmer hackle along body.
9) Tie off both materials behind conehead

Fly Notes
Tied in the standard black or purple or olive a great bass catcher. Another version I tie is all black with a fluoro orange belly. You could use any of the colours of successful lures or whatever takes your fancy.

Fishing Notes
Count down to the desire depth (were the bream are holding) and jig retrieve upwards (medium length rapid strip, long pause, repeat till see leader and cast again).
Targeted species, Bream specifically but also Australian Bass, yellowbelly and cod. Works for other saltwater speciest like Mulloway and mangrove jack

Location Notes
Drop offs cliffs covered in oysters, oyster racks - typical bream haunts.

Prey Notes
Attractor pattern, though could be representative of a baitfish.
