Tying Instructions

1. Tie thread at hook bend.
2. Tie in short length medium clump of your tail material.
3. You want this material to go evenly each side of the hook bend. Predominantly angling away from hook shank.
4. Tie in a few strands of pearl Krystalflash if desired.
5. Tie in eyes at midway point along remaining hook shank - see notes below for how to make your own prism eye lead dumbbell eyes (much cheaper then the store bought ones - I even make my own lead dumbbells now article on that on the web site soon).
6. Take a blob of Selley's allclear silicone and form a diamond shaped head a touch smaller than you desire (due to the next step) let dry for 24 hours.
7. Mix a little five minute epoxy give the silicone a light layer of it.
8. Set in rotating fly dryer till set or just do one at a time and use your fingers till set.

Fly Notes
Got this fly from a book called Innovative Saltwater Flies. Tied by Tim Borski. Has worked very well for clear water sand bank applications for me.
