Hot pink flat waxed.
Eyes :
Small bead chain.
Body :
Pink/Black variegated chenille, Grizzly Hackle palmered.
Tail :
Pink Marabou/Pink crystal flash.
Legs :
Black/Red Sili legs.

Tying Instructions

1) Start off thread mid way along shank and work down to bend.
2) Tie in tail of marabou (pinch off some if it is too long don't cut it) and lay six or so strands of Krystalflash over the top.
3) Tie in length of chenille & hackle.
4) Tie in length of rubber legs in front of chenille.
5) Apply some head cement at this point.
6) Palmer the chenille and hackle up to the eye of the hook and tie off.
7) Tie in bead chain eye.
8) Whip finish and cement head.

Fly Notes

Fishing Notes
Best left to sink and then a short slow retrieve.
Target species include, Bream, have also caught small flathead and the odd whiting.

Location Notes
Over the oyster racks is the only place to fish this pattern, also works well under overhanging vegetation, best fished in the morning with a bit of tidal run.

Prey Notes

Loosely resembles a yabby.
