Fly Notes

Fishing Notes
The standard salt bream set up works. Fish take fly as it falls & stops so you feel hit the next strip. It is important to stay in contact with the fly by using smooth deliberate strips not being too jerky. Also keep the rod low as possible.
Target species Bream. Seems to work only in discolored water for bream but can do well just on last light and into the early dark/ glow period. Best fished on mud flats with rock bar or holes where bream feed on a falling of making tide.

Location Notes
Great in discolored water around cover & reef/rocks, fished with short 15cm strips with 3-4 second pauses effectively jigging on & just off the bottom.

Prey Notes

Baitfish
