in the area around the eyes, then coat the rest of the hook shank.

Fly Notes
This fly is one of a series of flies
developed by Chris Windram using his EZ Shape Sparkle Body. Some
of the advantages of using Sparkle Body is that it requires no
mixing, produces no fumes or odors and the flies don't need to
be rotated. Sparkle Body can used to form heads, epoxy-like bodies
and can be used to form crab and shrimp bodies.
This pattern was developed by Chris primarily as a bonefish pattern.
It has now successfully taken Black Bream in Western Australia
and no doubt would take its share of fish on the flats of our
northern waters.
Tied correctly, the fly rides hook up and produces a swimming
and wobbling action when retrieved. |

Prey Notes
The pattern is designed to imitate the appearance of a fleeing
shrimp. When at rest, the tail gives the impression of the shrimp
defending itself. |
