Tying Instructions 1) Tie in tail. 2) Tie in tinsel. 3) Wrap chenille forward. 4) Double layer of chenille. 5) Wrap thread over pearl chain. 6) Follow up with tinsel. 7) Paint eyes. 8) Whip finish cement.
