Great work TB. Great to see mate. Lots of fisherman are fat bastards and posts like this could help lots of people make positive changes.
On the 14th of May I weighed myself and came in at 122.6 kilograms. I knew I was at my heaviest but never thought I weighed that much.
I now weigh 109.6 kg. I have lost 13 kilograms. No bike, no excercise just eating much better and I am in a normal routine.
As you all know I was working in a detox for kids aged 12-21. I often worked long nightshifts where I basically sat on my arse watching telly and eating out of boredom. On the 15 of may I started a new job working 9-5. I decided that having a normal routine would allow me to have normal scheduled meals and that I should take advantage of it.
It appears to be working. I dont want to be skinny, I was skinny until I was 20 and hated it. I like being a bigger bloke, but I need to get under 100kg. I am aiming for 95KG. |

i have been keeping to my self for a few month now and the truth is
i have been on a health kick to lose weight
started just before easter and when i started i was 118.6kg
was too much for my short size
at forst i was just useing the wii fit to do the excercises and also cut down the amount i was eating and cut out alot of the Fats i was eating
i did this for a couple of month and with the help of a low calorie shakes and some suppresion pills i was able to lose a easy 10kg
with that i have now gone and brought a bike and set it up so i can ride 15km to work and 15km home each day along with keeping up what i was doing
in doing this i was able to now lose over 20KG to the poin that at today weigh-in i was 97.5kg and i can tell you all it has been a log time since i was down at this weight
i still have a long way to go with atleast another 20kg to come off and then maybe even some more
one thing is for sure but i never will see myself over 100kg ever ever again
|
still going strong now i have lost a tad over 26kgs and loveing life again _________________

That's great news. Keep it going. Give up smoking, cut down booze, or lose weight makes you feel so much better and in control of your life. _________________

Full credit to you mate! I have put on 30kg (now 133kg) in 4 months since injuring myself at work and being confined to the office and although I am eating the very same crap I used to fill myself with sitting on my bum day in day out has been the number 1 contributor to this, you have just given me the motivation to reduce my intake and work on reducing the bulge.
Thanks for sharing _________________ When some one says "you have changed!" it simply means you have stopped living life their way
