Jay , not taking " da puss of ya M8 , at least your reply is not as closed minded as the most recent bias .
Native Americans , those old enough will remember the most common theme for American Movies was Cowboys & Indians wherein Whites celebrated their victory ( ) over the indigenous population. The conciseness of a later era saw movies like Dances with Wolves which observed the pure brutality and greed of earlier conduct. Now days the Americans use fictional Super Heroes to satisfy their " Land of Hope & Glory" lust / justification. Maybe we need a Kangaroo Waltz era.
Until recent times all land in Australia was either under the control of the Crown or , in private ownership ( not indigenous ) . The prospects of a nomadic self sustaining lifestyle was limited including in a Reservation.
Your last two comments were about defeat and biting the hand. Hopefully defeat is not an outcome. Of equal hope is that we all maintain the right to question authority. Particularly given that authority is not always correct.
I'm very open minded nor am i bias
I tell it as i see it, i live in the real world & play with the rules of majority whether i like it or not.
What i saw on the idiot box was something i didn't like what do i think of those protestors
F'n Idiots
Do i pass judgement on the entire indeginous race because of those idiots
No i dont
I come from migrant parents yet @ school had to endure being labelled a Wog & i was more Australian than those labelling me a wog
Now people like my parents as backward as they may be settled & fitted in to the australian culture as most of the migrants of that era did.
Tis the turn of the asians to cop it these days & eventually they will settle in & be australians
I'm afraid the protesters from tent city will never be part of Australia in a 100 years time that same attitude will still exist passed down through the generations
As for comments made by BorisK
Well in my proffesional analasis & i'm pretty good @ knowning the antics of the migrated species
Good bet he comes from migrants himself he might have even been born here but his allegance is with the country his parents came from & i dont think he has any right posting in this thread.
The day he calls himself an Australian only then does he have the right to pass on his thoughts.
Maybe he can let us know which country of origin he originated from & we can do a demo of that country's flag burning & await his comments of the incident _________________ Save The Fish, Eat a Pussy Cat
