I tried the croc at the Wantirna Hotel with an assortment of other(5) Aussie game meats. It sucked really bad infact they all sucked. Why? Because it was cooked in an Aussie fashion. NO SALT OR HERBS OR SPICES FOR TASTE. JUst straight plain onto a flame grill to enhance the smelly gaminess of each of the meats.
I can see potential for it if cooked better though and its nothing like greasy chicken
