No worries Phil, it will be great to catch up with the HH crews again, although some seem to be here more often than the locals (Greeny, Karl etc).

The fish are becoming more conssitent now and several boats have reported seeing barrels free jumping so it's all looking great for four weeks time.

See you after Easter.

Phil,
Are you bringing down the latest and biggest Haines for the run that weekend?
Given the number of HH appearing locally the HH club may end up with a few extra members.

Fishing is still variable at the moment but reports are becoming more consistent.
With 3 weeks to go the timing is hopefully spot on.

Ditto. Wasn't going to be quite as polite though!

The planning has been finalised, the fish appear to have answered the call and the fingers are crossed for a great comp weather wise.
Interest levels appear to be high with plenty of enquiries and people indicating they are coming for a Tuna (the $3,000 first prize has probably got a little bit to do with it as well).

The footy will be on for those hanging around for the social side of things Friday and Saturday nights. So don't forget to bring a frothie or two, a pizza or burger and kick back, watch the footy or listen to who did what, fished where, what lure and colour etc.
It's been incredible the info that gets passed on solely in the interest of fishing by crews around the fire or in front of the telly at this event and the way that info has been transformed into catches the following day.

Cheers.
