Ahh , its all good being outfished , it gives her confidence . For a while she had the sh!ts big time about not catching any fish and her ability to cast and retrieve ,as we usually troll a lot , but then she started catching these and she was stoked !!

Good to see the missus out there catching a few Jeff. Great to see the home made blades getting a few as well.

Great stuff coach! So glad to see it fishing so well for the big comp next weekend!
Brett Gleeson, one of the managers at Burrendong Park, told me this morning that the Silvers are going ballistic on worm off the bank in the basin, along with the catties!
Congrats on a good day to both you and Sonia.
Looking forward to seeing you all at the Lake Burendong Classic comp next weekend! Happy Easter, regards Matt

went up too mookerawa sunday
at the boat ramp first thing, ask two boats coming back from camping out ,how's the fishing , nothing on lures , water dirty, but plenty on bait
catie ,yellas ,redfin , in good numbers on bait
had to fix the garden shed door, mow the site and clean up , then cut a few branches ,and wash the bedding
By this time it was three and a big storm was coming, went to the boat ramp and every one was coming in , ask the fishermen , any fish NO
storm past over,so i left at five, without casting a lure
plenty of fire wood on the bank at mookerawa , from last flood
So it looks like every one will fish the pines up the cudgegong
good camping weather

Great report Coach cool-fish.gif

Nice fish Sonya!!!

You probably should get used to being outfished by the missus, as once they get in front it's hard to peg them back (been there before). You end up doing all the hard yards and they take all the glory wink-fish.gif laughing-fish.gif

Good luck to you both for the Easter comp.
