well that explains it frank, that looks like a goldfish.

Ant. Nannigui in their own right are pretty tasty and a good meal, and to be quiet honest I am really not a lover of Snapper for a table fish, I think they are much over rated, but IF I order a specific species of fish at a posh eat in, I expect to get what I pay for.
Nannigui at the time at the markets were selling for ( just guessing for guessing sake ) $4 a kilo where Snapper would bring $9 a kilo ( Price difference not true just example ) .
Here is the vid we made this morning, unfortunately the battery went flat near the end. We covered it in foil then flipped the fish and did the same to
the other side and then baked it.
