I guess, navel gazza... they can always ask the Rudd/Gillard govt for advice on keeping public service costs under control.

30+% increase is classed as under control, right?!

Or maybe Craig Thompson and the HSU can advise on keeping expenditures under budget. Or perhaps Swanny can offer advice on YouTube on how to shop around.
