Howdy all. I hope everyone had a safe Easter.

Whatnow thanks’ for the info on WD40. When I read your post I thought what has he been smoking? I did the Google search and there it was.

Sooo went into workshop last night I couldn’t find any WD40 but did find a can of ‘Start Ya Bastard’ I sprayed both knees, elbows, wrists and fingers. No change as of yet… but I have an uncontrollable urge to go for a drive. laughing-fish.gif laughing-fish.gif laughing-fish.gif

Mother in law gets results back tonight re lumps & bumps. Wife goes in for more surgery next week. Me eating lots of cheeries...I hope they help cause 3 months on the couch has driven me crazy......

New quack has put me on 50 grms prednisolone, 40 grms methotrixate, 20 mg leflunomide and I start next week new drug Humira? Self administer injections?

Nimrod I hope all is well mate.

Yep and all I want to do is go for a fish laughing-fish.gif laughing-fish.gif

Good luck mad pierre. Hospital systems are on go s-l-o-w. Do you get any refund on the $2,900?

Remember the TV ad with Fred Hollows, $25.00 and he'd have it done wink-fish.gif

Again good luck mate

Ta mate. As mentioned earlier, some are born with illness. Some through no fault of their own get it & most get older and wear it on the chin. One thing I've learnt is to listen cause I might learn something happy-fish.gif AND there is no harm in blokes chatting about what ails 'em laughing-fish.gif laughing-fish.gif.

Say BorisK how are you feeling mate?

Howdy guys
Just touching base
Before I tell ya about this morning at the quacks I was wondering how ya’s are going?… nimrod, JayyyyGee, Katoh, cartandpeg, mad pierre & If any one see’s BorisK it would be good to see how’s he going as well. happy-fish.gif

So the missuses had keyhole surgery last week to see how everything looks. Touching my head (wood) they can’t see any cancer..thank truck! So took her in to get 4 lots of stitches removed as told by surgeon last week. They came out painlessly…well for me anyway wink-fish.gif

It’s approx 30 min drive home. Half way home wife turns to me….I gave her a quick glance & thought shite she’s looking pale. She says ‘sticky husband’ (made that up) I’m bleeding a fair bit…Through her white t-shirt a decent patch say the size of a basketball is covering her abdomen. I hit the skids & pull over, lift top to see 3 of the four wounds had opened up. Well you can guess the rest, back to hospital call Doc’s dipsticks, more stitches and well see you next week. unhappy-fish.gif unhappy-fish.gif

Later on in the arvo I’m taking M.Law to oncologist to find out …
1. What treatment is available? If any
2. How long does she have?
Good times, good times ….I suppose it could be a lot worse? happy-fish.gif happy-fish.gif

Cheers Big ears
