I havn't been real well the past 3 weeks or so, seems my amune system has closed down and now I seem to be copping anything that's going around, had a bloody nose that can't make it's mine if it wants to drip like a tap or clog up so I have to breath through the mouth, wake up 10 times a night with dry mouth that makes the tongue stick to the roof of my mouth, had gut pains bending me over for several minutes at a time, and the back pays hell at all other times.
Besides that I wake up each morning and thank my lucky stars for that.

Mate doesn't sound good, hope you get better soon.
Regarding your stomach, have you had a test for coeliac disease.
I'd try a gluten free diet for a week or two to see if you feel better.
It runs in my wife's family and they had the same symptoms.
I hope you don't have it but just worth a look.

What is Depression?
Depression is more than just a low mood - it's a serious illness. While we all feel sad, moody or low from time to time, some people experience these feelings intensely, for long periods of time and often without reason.
People with depression find it hard to function every day and may be reluctant to participate in activities they once enjoyed.
Depression is one of the most common of all mental health problems. One in five people experience depression at some stage of their lives.
The reason I posted this is twice in the past week I’ve been chatting with fella’s that have symptoms of depression but are ‘old school’ and won’t/can’t/scared/ to see a doctor about it.
When will we males get with the times?
Have a good weekend fella's

Well for the past 5 weeks or so I haven't been feeling all that well, with this blocked nose and dry mouth accompanied by a damn annoying cough, I finally bit the bullett and went and seen the dock.
Seems I have had a dose of neumonia with a side dish of hay fever.
Gave me a couple of shots for the neumonia ( however it's spelt ) and he's a bloody good doctor though, gave me a bottle of salt water spray for the hay fever and said I should go fishing more often ( salt water )
apparently is good for hay fever sufferers, so there's one I never knew before.
