That would be assessed on case by case. Was the front door locked? If it was locked current law would say that they entered illegally.
But morally was the person fleeing from certain death? Was the person of sain mind? Was the person a friend or family member?

The definition of racism is many….. This little old forum would be put to sleep. So I’ll condense my 10,000 word definition & meaning of my view on racism. Firstly 2 simple examples.
Example 1 Slavery. This enslavement was accomplished because of the racist belief that Black Africans were less fully human than white Europeans and their descendants.
Example 2 white verses white. English toward Welsh, Scots, Irish. That the English believed they were superior due to their beliefs or traditions in culture & religion. Or Nazi against the Jews
So the meaning of racism as seen by many is a limiting, narrow-minded mentality that a particular race is superior or inferior to another, that a person’s social and moral traits are predetermined by his or her inborn biological characteristics.
To define racism you have to define, what is a race?
A race is a group of people that come from a common background. That group is generally determined based on skin colour. Commonly, but not always, people are categorized into one of five races: White, Black, Latino or Hispanic, Asian, and Indigenous or Native….falling asleep yet or better still gone fishing?
What do I see as common racism particular to this thread and why did I post my insert I hate racism?
I’ve read the arguments about cost to the tax payer and whether it’s seen as legal or illegal. I believe the underlying core issues is:

Something I've learnt is that you don't make innuendo/jokes to persons that you don't really know when it's concerning race, that’s advice for bite me.

Yeah, that was some time ago, so, what's your point?? I was of the opinion this topic more so related to cost of this whole debacle called an immigration policy. On the subject of racism, it's an overused word in this country by those trying to implement changes that many don't agree with , (another way to discredit them), to gain social or economic benefit. You cannot comment on Europe, not been there???, well I have, and it's a disgrace. You need to go see some of the world, then you will get to see what real racism is.
I love my country. I also know that if I want to see racism I just have to go into town....any town anywhere. In fact why go into town? Jump on the PC & read between the lines on open forums.......like this one

Sure peeps may refer to a certain race as a bunch of %$^#%#&$ but that's generally spur of the moment comment
In the case of this thread think it's a case of people not liking how these refo's enter our country demand that which is not theres & fleece tax payers funds

We put them in jail until they are processed and then they come out with welfare payments (so I am told) which we all know people can barely survive on.
Then they are discrimminated against when going for jobs or housing and we dont/wont recognise their previous qualifications. (sometimes for good reason)
If you think forcing people to live in squatts is the answer you are wrong. That creates HUGE problems in regard to health and crime.
'IF' we are going to allow refugees or asylum seekers to live amongst us, we must be prepared to invest in them to make sure they fit in and have the best chance at succeeding. Otherwise its a pointless excercise.

This thread alone shows very few We's want them here want to have them in our homes
And that attitude is pretty much Aust wide so to appease a very select few such as yourself the rest of us have to pay the cost _________________ **************************
