Closest to Melbourne the Yarra River,Berwick Springs,Ringwood lake,Lilydale lake,Watts river,The mouth of Merri creek,Sugerloaf reservoir and Lysterfield lake then probably even more places that i cant recall that other people can tell.

Baits = worms.Tiger worms, scrubbies, flat tails and worms from compost bins.
Maggots,yabbies.

Lures = rapala's sinking or floating. 5cm to 7 cm,the best lures on the market,i reckon. Go the rappys wink-fish.gif

Found out a farm dam in my area that was good for reddies so went for quick fish yesterday arvo. BLOODY HELL GOIN BACK! 9 reddies in 30min!! happy-fish.gif cool-fish.gif All but one were caught on a spinner with black and grey hair and one bigger one caught on a predtek yabbie. Most were small but the last one I caught was about 1 pound and there was about 10 of them trying to hit the spinner at the same time. Thank god I have found a fishin hole less than an hour away!! BTW only kept one!
