I would be very careful even talking about it let alone acting on it, read over some of the words you have used in reference to me and I'm sure you may be a little embarrased.
There is nothing that Changa or I have to show you or to prove to you, you started this shit fight and I have asked you numerous times to stop it.
There is no evidence and there is nothing hidden, everthing that needs to be said has been said.

If people say stuff about someone behind their back they should have the integrity to say it to the person. You can say whatever you want to a persons face, they can love it or hate it, agree or dissagree but don't stab them in the back without them knowing about it and say lets be friends and put it behind us. _________________

Are you serious???? You've been in business, for how many years, and you expect people to be honest to your face????

Why don't you just come out and say what you think has been said, after all you believe you're the one thats been slandered.
I find most of the last posts terribly sad, close friendships that are finished for ever, it's really time to move on.
I'm available on the phone, skype, facebook etc see these guys from time to time, they drink with you, laugh, get photos with the wives etc then come out with stuff I did wrong 4 years ago.
The sport that gamefishing is, based largely on integtrity, honesty and ethics. Anything that brings these things into question such as the inuendos and copy stuff I take seriously, very seriously. It is basically the same, to me, as accusing someone of cheating in a tournament. To simply call them a cheat without proving it or getting the acusation in writing can be very detrimental.
So, largely because the copy stuff and inuendos have been brought up here on this forum, these matters should be dealt with here on this forum. _________________
I bought a trade mark, just like a jar of vegamite on the shelf, bought it so I can do whatever I want with it.
If the Jar of vegamite wasn't for sale it shouldn't have been on the shelf to buy and the seller shouldn't have taken the money for it if it wasn't theirs to sell.
If someone else has a claim for the Jar of vegamite and wants it back then firstly tell me about it, then we can sort it out.
If Changa made conditions with John, then John should have told Jenny when she took over the business and it should have not been sold to me if there was a problem and Mario should have brought it up during the court case and during the mediation, or Changa has had ample opportunity to mention it before.
And no I don't want to sue anyone, but if it comes to that and if it's the only way then yeh maybe.

You are obviously a sponsor on this site Pete. Because if ANYONE else on this site spoke about or abused as many people as you have in these 2 threads they would be banned. Many people have been banned for less.
You talk about having the courage to say something to someones face and then hop on a public forum for a bitchfest while you know the person you are talking about isn't reading what is being said about him.
Over the years I have heard first and second hand several versions of several stories being talked about here and have decided for myself that rumours are rumours and gossip is gossip and unless you were there then there is no point taking sides. At the end of the day if I have a lure that works then problem solved. The business side is your dispute and I don't believe marlin read transcripts. _________________
