No worries, thrillseeker. Speculate all you like. That's your prerogative.
Here are some facts of the matter- I was there at Mallacoota and witnessed first hand the way juz' boat road leaned heavily under way into a head wind with the weight (3 people on board) distributed evenly. We followed behind in another Barcrusher with 2 onboard without lean of any sort. BTW, all cuddy cabs whether 'glass or plate aluminium will lean into a cross wind to some extent (a fact that was acknowledged to me by Phil Noblet from Barcrusher when we spoke via email). Juz called the owner of the boat I was in last week and informed him that the Barcrusher guys had since driven his boat and agreed to do something about it, as in their opinion, the lean was indeed excessive.
I have no idea why juz has not posted what is going on. I received the info on the morning of the 3rd of Feb. It is reasonable to assume that the process of diagnosing the problem is ongoing.
If you reckon that's BS, fine.
FYI, some more facts-A couple of weeks ago I actually contacted Barcrusher via email to inform them of the talk going on in the forum. I suggested to them that they take an interest in what was being said as it would be good PR and it might quieten down the doubters out there. Phil from Barcrusher replied and said that they had spoken to juz but he had not had the chance to bring the boat in to them at that stage since finishing holidays. So, now they have the boat back and will rectify the problem which may, or may not take a fair while. After which, it would be reasonable to assume, juz will post the outcome on here somewhere, sometime or not. Up to him really.
End of factual story.
Not what you said in the thread you started this is what you said

Just received the word that Barcrusher have taken Juz' boat for a run and have agreed that there is some sort of structural issue that is causing it to lean excessively to port and they are going to dismantle the hull to investigate and rectify. No details of what could be the actual cause but this is a surely a step in the right direction for owner and manufacturer.
Juz called my mate (another Barcrusher owner) this morning to give him the latest. This is great news and good PR from a very reputable boatbuilder and hopefully will settle all the conjecture and clap-trap that has been posted in Juz' thread, which is now locked. Thankfully.
Cheers,
FS.
And i'm proposing that it's not frillyseeker who is doing the speculating but in fact you are.
Reading between your 2 replies is apparant BC people are clueless on what the prob is.
And let me tell you something in regards to this comment made by you

It's been nearly 6 weeks & BC have had ample opertunity to sort out prob so dont go trying to tell us what a great co they are & the rest of us are spining crap.
If they'd attended to prob in the 1st place then Juz would not have had then need to start a thread asking about trim tabs.

Gent's
I'm sick to the back teeth with the speculation and all the rubbish that went with this problem, It would have been great if the solution was posted, if there is a solution, as we all would have been educated.
I hope juz69 gets it fixed, but one thing is foreshore I will never have any sort of respect, and even look at BC in the future, I think they have really tarnished their name on this one.
I say no more on the matter, buy Australian! _________________ Cheers

OK I'll ask the question, and I'll admit I have no idea, was this boat made O/S as has been inferred??? Has BC been experimenting with buying their hulls from China???( How ironic if true after buying them fron NZ initially, and a totally different ball game).
