For those of you who don't know, I'm a bit of a tinkerer, and one of my hobbies is making jig heads from my own home made moulds. Currently, I'm playing around with some small heads for bream fishing, etc and being the season of giving, I would like to give a few away for field testing. Here are the details:

The first 3 people (in Australia) who want them will each receive via post, 2 jig heads. Both are approx 1/16 oz jig heads moulded on #2 hooks. The hooks however are of differing brands, price and construction. What I want is for fellow fishnetters to go out, use both of them, and then let me know via p/m what they think and prefer. I will then reply to the individual all the product details.

Any takers?

Regards Dave

Is size 2 ok for lizards? Either way, you are my 1st jighead tester.

I've caught Flatties on everything from size6 circles to 4/0 hooks. That was however bait fishing. Not sure what it will be like running plastics but I've stocked up on plastics recently (about 80pkts) so I have plenty to burn through, on a new 1000 reel with 6lb mono. So, I'm set with the rest of the gear.
Only way to find out is to give it a go eh.

Any takers? No thanks but thanks for the offer
use too bent the hooks with the oxy before you could buy them ,but always found they hook the fish in the too of the mouth
went too a local trout stream ,first cast was at the back of a run in the shade ,a trout grabbed it and jumped and spat the soft plastic,so i started too retrieve the swing and another trout grabbed the swing ,jumped and spat it .two fish lost on the first cast, and the only action for the day

Regards Dave

Well Fishnetter's, I have 3 fisho's that have taken me up on the offer, but there is room for another 2 volunteers before I post them out on Friday. I'm also chucking in a few other home made jig heads to try out, but I'm really after the feedback on the size 2 hooks. If 1/16 oz is too light, I can mold 1/8oz heads as well.
Regards Dave
