well....if Bear & Krazy stood on one side of a Berty we would both end up wet behind the ears..

Weight transfer in a 10ft tinny will play a big role but not in a 6+ (close to 7m) fiberglass boat, what ever the brand, Not enough to tip over that is, if it did, it shouldnt be on the water....period...
3blokes and a wave on an opposing side, should not make a boat tip over... Ive had my boat fully laden with fuel, water, gear and 8 people on board, someone caught a fish, everyone ran over to see it landed....yes the boat lent over but in no way to the point off even being close to tipping, even with a side on wave....
This is not to say freak things never happen on the water, especially on days like the one where this terrible incident happened.... Though my frame off thought is like many have said, NO TRAILER boat should off been out that day....simple....(personally spoke to people who went out that morning and they turned around and went to the pub).....
until a proper investigation has been done, its all hear say and would of? could off beens?.... yes a few have rolled over, which IMO even if it was skipper error, freak weather, freak incident or the moon was on the wrong side off the planet, a certain hull still should be tested? If not just to put all at ease that there is nothing wrong in hull design and to put all doubts to rest, which would be in great interest for the manufacturer and future off that model IMO.... _________________ Dr Drift...
