Another good add for evolution. I hope the make was confirmed not just gossip
From some guys that were up there when it happened, yes it was a Evo 650 with twins and it happened out at the carpark, apparently a large game boat got within 5km and turned back it was that bad but the Evo kept going. The boat is still floating out there somewhere and the trailer is still at the ramp.
The crew were bloody lucky they got the Epirb and everyone was rescued safely.
You have to respect the Ocean and some days it takes bigger balls to turn around. _________________ cheer's
I just spoke to a mate up there also and confirmed what Julian said. He did tell me that the rescue chopper only picked up 4 blokes and the other had to wait for another chopper. If this is right i would hate to be the one left behind. He also seen the Evo going out as he was coming back in, Julian i have to agree sometimes its just not worth a fish balls and pride come into fishing a bit to often these days. In the end thank god that no one got hurt. Cheers Phil. _________________ www.portphillipboatingcentre.com.au

my mates boat 40 carribean is stuck at little beach marina , they cant go anywhere , he wanted to get out of the pen before the poles smashed his boat................bit late now. .
correct phil , man it would have been hard being left to wait for another ride.
Wouldnt matter what boat you were in yesterday ........the seas are very dangerous when they converge there.

Yer I got up here this morning couple days work then hopefully bring it home saturday or Sunday. Yer saw them great idea. We had that pen at Xmas but didn't hit still was a rocky old pen.
It would have been a very long wait for a rescue if they knew about all the tigers that were hooked in the carpark recently. _________________ "Failure requires no preparation."
