If anyone recalls my original post on here, I have a progress report. In jan wsa 153kg, today 136kg. Tough mudder next year is the goal. Hell yeah. _________________ It's all good when your the big dude !!!
Gets me through, helped my re-think my life and put me in the mindset to find the threads in my past that have gotten me to how I was. Never again. _________________ It's all good when your the big dude !!!
I told you to delete that pic gazza. I at least hope you've deleted the one of me in fluoro yellow spandex _________________ It's all good when your the big dude !!!

Yeah it was a weird one for me.
I was working in the garden and I went to lift something heavy when I felt this sharp pain in my lower stomach.
That night when I went to the toilet I noticed some blood in my number 2's.
This went on for a few weeks and cancer being the last thing on my mind I didn't stress about it that much and lived with it.
It got worse and worse over the next few weeks so I thought I'd better go to the doctors.
The doctor gave me antibiotics thinking it was an infection.
As the antibiotics didn't help another doctor pretty much made me get an colonoscopy.
And the rest is history.
So the moral of the story is, if anyone gets bleeding please get it checked as soon as possible if you don't won't to end up like I did.

I havn't been real well the past 3 weeks or so, seems my amune system has closed down and now I seem to be copping anything that's going around, had a bloody nose that can't make it's mine if it wants to drip like a tap or clog up so I have to breath through the mouth, wake up 10 times a night with dry mouth that makes the tongue stick to the roof of my mouth, had gut pains bending me over for several minutes at a time, and the back pays hell at all other times.
Besides that I wake up each morning and thank my lucky stars for that.
