On the un funny side though. I'm 34 was 155kg blood pressure fine, cholesterol up, everything else good. wont reach 50. I have a goal and it's called Tough Mudder (not this year, have a wedding to cater that day) but next year.
For those that dont know what it is Tough Mudder is 20km of british SAS obstacle training course. Thats my goal. To stop being a lazy fat bastard and not die. Coz lets face it, fat people like me are going to rule hospital beds in the next 10 yrs. I sure as hell dont want to be one of them.

Speaking of which think there is nothing worse than all the proffessors suggesting all these you beat cures cause their uncles unties father in law who used to be a butcher once heard it worked on cows.
Hell i dont even listen well i do but rarely take their suggestions just because they're doctors dosen't mean they know best.
Proved them wrong to many times after all nobody know their own body than the person who owns their own body.
Surgeons ignore them alltogether all they want to do is cut you open & start removing bits

Jay there's probably nothing I could tell you about Chrones you don't already know, but i'll tell you this little story anyway.
A mate of mine had it all his adult life, nearly killed him several times due to peritonitis. His son also suffered from it. In desperation he went to a naturopath who suggested he stop eating bread, which worked for him and his son.

Even the questions that have no answers are talked about; my wife has found that she is not alone. She has gathered strength from others in the same or similar situation.

19th Jan 2012 doc rings me up and says come in she would like to see me,thinking it is due to my cholesterol,I had blood test a few days prior,sit down she says,your blood results are back,chronic lymphocytic leukemia she tells me.
I had heard of leukemia though I never knew what it really was all about,I do know though.
If anyone else here has the same would like to hear from you,just to compare what you may be doing to help it from increasing in it,s stages.
