Hey all,

Anyone know much about these or been in one fishing offshore?

My brief knowledge is they are the budget version of the HS w/out the Variable hull - more of a deep v design. Similar to the breeze for HH - not saying they are in the same category of course wink-fish.gif A basic stripped back fishing boat - i imagine they would handle the chop ok given the deep v - are they considerably tender at rest? Also, the one i have come accross has been matched with a 90hp merc opti - i would imagine a boat around 5.3m be better suited to a 115hp min, if not a fair bit bigger?

It's going for $18k - which i thought was a pretty decent price considering its a 2004 model, and motor has only done a couple of hundred hours.

Thoughts, comments, appreciated.

Cheers

Ive got the newer shape TC170 and its very rocky at rest, only saved by the 2.28 beam, smooth as silk on the run tho.

Might be different spec to that boat though.. its now a Seafarer Vapour 5.3.
