Well she didn't beat him @ the last election did she confused-fish.gif confused-fish.gif
She had to suck up to the independants & promise no carbon tax & plenty of gay marriages in order to retain the pm spot after back stabbing the milky bar kid

Precisely JG. And as bad as all that sounds, Wabbit couldn't beat that. unhappy-fish.gif
So he will be the next PM. Best of a bad lot.
All because no other libs have the cohonas to send Wabbit packing.

Pillyman wabbit is just the leader nothing more
You dont vote for a govn based on it's leader
As repulsive as i find gillard if i thought she had a clue or her party had policies that would be in best interests for the contry then she would've got my vote.

BUT in my lifetime all i've ever seen from any ALP govn [Fed or State] is corruption & bungling of economies

JG unfortunately I agree with you. And that's exactly how I vote.
However Aus politics is our biggest popularity competition going around. The general public vote for and against the most popular leader.

That's why Wabbit is the next PM. Best of a bad lot.

But you're passing judgement on a person who hasn't been given a chance aren't you confused-fish.gif

For all you & others know he may end up being a champ of a pm es if his party gets behind him.

I used to dislike Howard immensly when he was treasurer to Frazer but now say he's prob the best PM this country has ever had

Who would you suggest, Turnbull reckons a carbon tax is a great idea.

At the start Howard and Costello did a good job to get things in order (and it was needed) but as they went on the continued they didn't build infastructure when it was needed instead handed out tax cuts.

What we need is a government that will plan, build and work towards a better country with long term plans for steady income ie planning well beyond there 3 year term.

I reckon the Libs will create infrastructure for the future. I think they will be in charge for a very long time happy-fish.gif

Surely Labor have done their bit for the next 25 years.
The only way I could see them leading again is if they flood the population with illegal immigrants and offer to give them hand out after hand out..........

Wait, they already do this unhappy-fish.gif
