I have not seen a media release from fisheries relating to a bust in a fair while out this way, and the illegal fishing is still going on freely. Seems its almost un manned out here and people can just do what they want on the river.
I would love to see compliance take a stand and try and clean things up. There are more people illegally selling fish from the Macquarie river in Dubbo and sorrounds then fisheries compliance even have a clue about.

Matt ,, those two fat useless bastards wouldnt have a clue about anything , as by the looks of them , neither of them have left the comfort of the boat and taken a "walk" along a river for some time !

At least NSW has 3 compliance officers on the job, we here in SA don't even have 1 for the entire freshwater system including the murray and cooper creek angry-fish.gif
