Is it possible to hook up my Navman to a PC to view and edit waypoints what cables are required is any software required etc.

only via your mapping cartography and specialist card reader

You will need to buy Navplanner.
This software comes with the card reader and it will allow you to view your maps, modify and create waypoints and routes.
It is expensive software at about $200.
Need to weigh up if it is worth spending that money.

dont think its worth spending that much money on it can be spent better in other areas
