Wait until they finish, I have no doubt it will be an awesome fishing platform. Sadly though, I would say it will be prohibited to fish there. _________________ Cheers Matt |

Even if its allowed it will only be for a short period because some messy F*****King fisho's will leave their rubbish and boat owners in the Marina and residence will complain ... I can just see it now! _________________ "STOP KIDS FISHING"

People who used to fish that spot before there was construction really were after big flatties, which are there but not in big numbers unless something has changed. Warm, still summer nights were best. We have speared flatties to 3kg in that area while looking for flounder.
The breakwall may attract more fish like KGW, mullet, bay trout and bream but I wouldnt hold my breath.
The best thing about the spot would be the thousands of banjo and sting rays. _________________ Cheers

It must be productive. Its often covered with land based fishos. It would be a far better spot to fish than the jetty. I can't understand how people fish that jetty with all the boats passing directly in front of it |
