You realy have to laugh The relay team get their arses kicked and the media P1ss and moan along with fried rice getting sympathy
Some poor ba5tard gets silver and he is lucky to get a mention obvious he is not one of the chosen few |

Yup. On the radio all about the poor relay team coming 4th. Then a mention about the silver.

I watched World Champ Lawrence O'Tool doing what he does many years ago “faster than a chain saw” was the commentators comments...I thought spanker.........He bet the chainsaw by 5 secs

Channel 9 should get the arse, each olympics they show heat after of bloody swimming, quite often there isn't an Aussie in the race.
And all the time they have taken watching Stef Rice cry into the camera over and over again, hell we could have seen little Luke Jackson get the crap belted out of himself of by the chinese guy in boxing. |

I have to say, swimming or sport in general at the elite level would be
emotional if you lose......or come second or third.....but how about a bit of
control on the emotions.....getting a silver medal in the olyimpics for
swimming should be a reason to celebrate, not sook like a spoilt brat !!!
Not a good look.......Australians are still proud of what our atheletes
achive......be it gold , silver, bronze or the very best you can do !

Poor Aussie's. What ever happened to 'Do the best you can do....and hold your head up high'? 
Lots of talk on radios about new sports that could be introduced at next Olympics.....
