An alternative explanation that may be of assistance...as many seem to like the sequence as explained by Nimrod.

Here's how to add a photo to your image gallery.
Once you have loaded your photos into your photo holding programme
whatever it may be. Assuming your photos are within size.
First step log on, Go to image gallery, scroll down to Submit a photo right side of screen.
Click on submit a photo.
Scroll down to see Browse, click on browse.
This will open another window with your files in it.
You will need to know what files your pictures are in, and select that file.
You should see the names of all your photos (not the photos themself).
Click on the one you want. This will place the name to the lower box where it says
File name. Directly under this is Files of type. Scroll through till you see pictures jif-jpg
click this and it should go into that box. now click open.
This will put you into a window with a large box with the title of your picture top of box.
Click in the box, and type your caption, whatever you want to say about the picture.
Then click Submit your picture.
This will load the picture so you can see it. With a thank you for submitting your picture.
Scroll down and you can fill in the boxes or not.
Now click SAVE and its done.
Now you have a photo in image gallery.
Go back to Forums, Left of page you will see all the titles of the different features of the site.
Place the cursor over "image gallery" and right click. This will open up a box with a selection
of options. Click the 2nd from top "open in new window". This will open up Image gallery and place
the forum page to the bottom of your screen along side your start feature.
Right of screen you will see a selection box, Type your user name in the box that says "or by member"
Go down and click Search Gallery.
This will bring your picture into view..................................................

Once you have the photo in your image gallery, Left click on the photo, this will enlarge it.
Place the cursor on the photo.
Now right click the mouse and this will bring up a window with options.
go down the bottom of the options and you will see "properties".
left Click on properties. this will bring up an Address.
Will look something like this .
Now place the mouse to the bottom right of the address
and click and hold the right mouse button and slide the mouse from right to left while holding
the button down, this will highlight the address.
Now right click the mouse and this will bring up another menu.
left click on copy.
This places the address inside your mouse (sort of speak).
You can now click on OK down the bottom of that window, and it will dissapear.
Now go to a post and write something, when you are ready to insert
your photo. (hit enter twice to go to a new line)
Now right click your mouse, this will again bring up options, left click PASTE, this will place
the address onto your post.
Now this is important.
You now have to highlight that address.
Once again place the cursor to the right of the address, right click and hold down the mouce button,
scroll across the address to highlight it.
Now above the window you will see a series of boxes.
Left click on the box that says img 2nd from right.
This has inserted your photo into your post, you wont see the photo at this stage.
Finish your post and submit it.
When you view it your photo will be there.
If you want to copy a photo from another www site just click on the
photo as above and copy properties as above and proceed.
If you want to add more then one photo, go to Image gallery left click and select "open in new window",
then go from image gallery to forums etc.
